Rev. Alton J. Ruff, B.A. M. Div.

Rev. Alton Ruff was inducted as our minister on March 3^rd, 2024. Alton hails from Stouffville, Ontario where he became a Christian through the ministry of a local Baptist congregation. He quickly developed a love for the Word and sensed a call to pastoral ministry.

Alton entered Bible College straight out of High School, eventually graduating with degrees from Tyndale University College (B.R.S., B.A.), Tyndale Seminary (M.Div.), and Knox College, University of Toronto (General Assembly Certificate). Over the years Alton has pastored in Stouffville, Oak Ridges, Beeton, Toronto, and Midland Ontario. He currently lives in Victoria Harbour with his wife Nikki, and his two sons: Samuel (14) and Paxton (7).  They look forward to moving to the Collingwood community after Sam graduates high school. 

With humour and insight Rev. Alton is deeply committed to preaching the good news of Jesus Christ in a biblical and culturally relevant way. He enjoys utilizing technology and media that serves the message.  He is friendly and approachable, desiring to know his congregation and all visitors personally.
